ORDERS AND SCHEDULING
- If you would like to order a tour please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, call us at (910) 392-7566, or download our free mobile app.
- We will attempt to schedule tours within 48 hours of the order being placed.
- Tours must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a “missed appointment” fee.
- Weather plays a large factor in what we do. It is up to the realtor/customer to make the call on inclement weather. If necessary we can come back and re-shoot exterior photos for an additional fee.
DAY OF PHOTOGRAPHY
- Properties are to be photograph ready upon our arrival. If they are not, we will either shoot it “as is” or reschedule (a fee will be charged). Please see our Photo Ready Checklist for additional details.
- If there will be pets in the home, please notify us when placing the order. During the photo shoot, pets should be secured; if they are not, we reserve the right to reschedule and a reschedule fee will be charged. Fly4Pix is not responsible for pets.
TOUR PUBLICATION AND BILLING
- Tours will be published within 2 business days.
- All accounts will be set up with a credit card on file to be charged upon completion of work / release of images.
- If account is approved for billing, terms will be “due upon receipt.” If the invoice is not paid within 40 days, a late charge will be added. If not paid within 50 days, virtual tour(s) will be turned off.
- Photographs will be a true representation of the property. Edits to photographs to alter the images will incur additional charges, and will not be done in any way that conceals or misrepresents defects or facts about the property.
- All images will be owned by the paying party and will not be released to anyone without written permission of the owner.
- Print-quality images are available to download for 1 year; other formats are available for the life of the tour.
